The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, handling inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
Receive incoming packages and mail, and coordinate outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Greet visitors and assist with booking accommodations and reservations as needed.
Act as a liaison for IT, including ordering equipment and facilitating repairs.
Manage computer and cellular device inventory for employees.
Assist in preparing marketing materials for trade shows and sales teams, including business cards, swag, and flyers.
Coordinate annual conferences and events, including scheduling and onsite presence.
Arrange and coordinate onsite company meetings, including catering as requested.
Plan and manage off-site meals or events, maintaining budgetary requirements.
Update product responsibility sheets as needed due to personnel changes.
Coordinate subscriptions and manage monthly pricing reports.
Provide marketing support and prepare marketing materials for events.
Manage inventory and distribution of company swag.
Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative and event planning.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
