Job Description:

ABS Global Investments is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sr. Consultant Relationship Associate. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our relationships with investment consultants, working both in the field and with their research teams and to facilitate business development opportunities for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investment consultants, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, research analysts, and the sales team to deliver tailored solutions and insights to consultants.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on consultant databases and platforms to identify potential opportunities for engagement and distribution.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, marketing materials, and reports to effectively communicate the firm's investment strategies, performance, and capabilities to consultants.
  • Coordinate and support consultant due diligence meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting consultants and the broader investment landscape.
  • Track and analyze consultant relationships, activities, and outcomes to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the asset management and/or investment consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in consultant relations from the Midwest to the East Coast (geographic focus)
  • Compensation will be very competitive based on candidates' level of experience and skillset.
