Understand the operations of the various music label businesses and successfully lead projects by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Take responsibility for establishing a process for each project, diagnosing/identifying problems, and helping colleagues working on the project to solve them by making them visible.
Manage the schedule of each task and the entire project based on the overall plan and deliver the project within a schedule.
[Responsibilities]
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Delegating tasks on the project to each team member best positioned to complete them.
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
Communicating with each functional leader to keep the project aligned with their goals
Performing other duties as assigned

Need to work at least 3 days a week at the Santa Monica office
[Minimum qualifications]
Bachelor's degree.
5 years of experience in music or entertainment industry.
Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge or practical experience in the content/entertainment business.
[Preferred qualifications]
Ability to speak and write in Korean fluently.
Experience in project management in the music industry.
Ability to work with several levels of an organization in parallel, including ensuring quality implementation.
