Our well-established client is looking for an independent Executive Assistant to perform a wide variety of office tasks in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate is well organized, a strong communicator, and able to meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
Manage calendar
Draft documents, correspondence, meeting agendas, etc.
Maintain files
Perform routine office tasks such as copying, answering phone, etc.
Create and update office protocols and systems
Perform regular and ad hoc research projects
Assist other team members when needed
Perform other tasks, as required
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
Associate degree and at least five years of administrative experience, two of which should be working with a high-level executive
Detail oriented and able to maintain composure in multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently and problem solve
Hours for this ExecutiveAssistant position areMonday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay depends on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
