The role of the Amtech ERP Lead is to provide technical support and assistance for a variety of information technology systems, including Amtech, limited CTI support as well as other systems in our environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Meet or exceed customer expectations. (For both internal & external customers) • Planning implementation of strategic growth business units. • Maintenance & troubleshooting for Amtech systems. • Work with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and implement patches or software upgrades. • Prepare & maintain documentation of training and support for all disciplines utilized by Amtech systems within in the organization building upon the Welch playbook. • Provide on-call support as needed (including after hours) • Travel to remote sites on a rotational basis to provide excellent support solutions to business needs (including after hours or as needed) • Assist Welch University initiatives by creating and teaching ERP course materials. • Provide Level 2 Help Desk support for ERP systems. • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent • AA or BS in Technology or Computer Sciences or similar preferred • Certifications in various ERP and/or Six Sigma a plus
Experience • 1+ year of experience in Amtech in a manufacturing environment • Experience with Windows operation systems
