Job Description:



Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented person who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of CoreLogic's valued credit services customers. This position will require a dynamic and results oriented professional, that will need to draw on their expertise in mortgage origination and servicing, particularly in navigating consumer report products. The ability to manage and resolve customer issues will be crucial, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Experienced business acumen will help understand customer needs and foster lasting connections.


This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and the success of CoreLogic's credit services.The role will support client facing teams to qualify pipeline opportunities and identify client needs. Once the client's needs are assessed, the role will present product information to internal (sales and account executives) and externally to customers. Business acumen and credit experience will ensure the ability to provide customers with expert guidance on utilizing our products and configuring credit workflow to its full potential.



Job Responsibilities:





  • Establish and maintain thorough knowledge of company's products, processes, and systems


  • Understand the features, benefits, and value proposition of credit's solution portfolio


  • Provide best-in-class service experience to customers through effective handling of all inquiries, feedback in a timely and professional manner with committed SLA via emails, calls and in person


  • Understand customer requirements, qualify, and generate leads or provide product utilization recommendations, through prompt and effective communication and collaboration with different cross functional teams


  • Achieve or exceed financial targets and objectives


  • Client retention - protection of existing accounts and minimizing the risk of client churn during the annual price increase


  • Support account and sales executives to create, develop and close new business opportunities with new clients or expand the product utilization from existing clients


  • Manage commercial negotiations with clients


  • Build up competitor knowledge and use this effectively when positing client value propositions


  • Proactive and regular communication with related parties to identify and progress on opportunities


  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to understand the product roadmap as it applies to client opportunities


  • Monitor and control client profitability for clients using bundle and packaged services


  • The role requires extensive communication skills in collaborating with internal teams


  • Must build and maintain solid long-term relationships with clients and internal team members


  • Support pricing, contracts, and contract to revenue recognition


  • Support issue resolution on general customer service, billing, reporting and research issues


  • Coordinate with Client Success and Client Delivery to onboard and train new clients


  • Stay abreast of industry knowledge, trends, best practices, relevant regulations and emerging technologies.


  • Work closely with sales to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline generation to strategically create opportunities within identified account


  • Partner with Account Executives to conduct regular check-ins and executive business reviews with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.


  • Manage and resolve customer escalations promptly and effectively. Analyze escalation trends to identify root cause and work cross-functionality to implement proactive solutions.







Job Qualifications:



  • Proven track record of providing consultative services to provide solutions in ways that best meet customers' requirements.


  • Experience with customer support, lead qualification, strategic pricing and operational fulfillment.


  • Self-driven, accountable, assertive team-player with a can-do-attitude and relevant business experience to succeed in this role.


  • Experience working for a credit reporting agency and a demonstrated track record to overcome the complexities of working in a fast-paced, highly regulated, challenging environment.


  • 4+ years of mortgage origination experience


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills


  • Strong problem-solving skills

Annual Pay Range:

100,300 - 143,000 USD
