Job Description:

Our client, a leading California law firm specializes in legal matters concerning labor, employment, and education, is seeking a sharp Marketing Tech professional to join their team to start immediately.

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Technology Coordinator oversees and executes tasks and projects associated with Practice Group webinars, an online subscriber-based library, and an On-Demand platform. This role also encompasses the creation of marketing materials, encompassing both digital and print formats, alongside conducting audit and data quality assurance tasks to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of marketing data entry and reporting. Additionally, this position involves direct interaction with clients in a customer support capacity.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Graphics and Formatting
• Design various marketing materials, including digital and print ads, social media and email marketing graphics, promotional flyers, and client invitations.
• Develop and maintain marketing templates, including PowerPoint decks and Requests for Proposal ("RFP") information.
• Produce and distribute client communications, such as newsletters and special bulletins.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to update and monitor advertising opportunities.
• Assist in assembling, designing, and packaging RFP responses.
• Coordinate updates for assigned workshops to ensure timely completion and adherence to style guides.

Training and E-commerce Platforms
• Collaborate with Practice Groups to schedule, coordinate, and execute webinar-based presentations.
• Manage e-commerce programs, including assessing operational effectiveness and troubleshooting system performance issues.
• Maintain, update, and provide customer service for marketing and training materials, including library resources, webinar recordings, and learning management systems.

General Administrative
• Conduct general marketing research and provide administrative support as needed.
• Serve as backup support for other members of the marketing and training team.
• Assist with the planning and execution of the annual conference.
• Moderate and facilitate webinars.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant professional work experience in a professional office setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Additional Information:
• 2 days remote after 90 days
• Non-exempt
