Job Description:

Short term positions needed for case coordination needed to assist with scheduling the increased volume of cases during the winter busy season. Short term case coordination members will assist with managing the case queue, sending new case emails for incoming cases, scheduling planning meetings, cleaning hold cases out of the scheduling queue and reaching out to reps and doctors regarding missing items (such as stone models or scans).


  • Maintain high-level, continuous professional correspondence with world-wide surgeons, staff, distributors for coordination of web sessions, patient case specifics, shipping addresses, and deliverables
  • Manage daily coordination queue
  • Answers email inquiries and phone calls regarding case status
  • Reaches out to customers and schedules web sessions for cases (when applicable)
  • Maintains and updates scheduling entries in database
  • Works with various departments to ensure cases are prepared prior to web session
  • Assists engineering department in facilitating additional scheduling needs
  • Understands time zones
  • Maintains high level, continuous professional communication with internal teams regarding case status, incoming issues and customer inquiries
  • Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System's standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Answer phones and transfers calls to appropriate personnel


  • Outlook calendar management
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident work authorization
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Job Details

  • Full-time, short-term, hourly position (40 hrs/wk)

  • The normal work week is based on 40 hours; however, fluctuations may be required based on work load and demand

  • Overtime may be required
