Job Summary:

Enterprsie Analytics  practice is seeking candidates for the position of a Senior Salesforce support resource .


Minimum Qualifications :


  • Familiar with Support Process, Incident Management, Service & Change Management.

  • ITIL V3 , SFD C Admin Certified

  • Knowledge on GXP is added Advantage

  • Manage Business Data incident fixes

  • Ensuring compliance to GxP

  • Helping business with change management procedures and WI

  • Maintaining and creating change WI

  • Must Have ITIL Understanding

  • Salesforce certified

  • GxP experience

Job responsibilities:

Application Support

  • Incident Managem ent

  • Request fulfilment

  • Problem Managem ent

  • Access Management

  • Ticket and communication Management

  • Environment Management

  • Support SIT for application changes.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.
