Sterilization Technician

PRN (As Needed)

Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the O.R. Clinical Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, the sterilization technician/instrument technician is responsible for processing instrument trays and other supplies necessary for surgical procedures.

Qualifications:
-Prefer training in medical assisting, CNA, or Surgical Technician.

Licensure/certification/registration:
-Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience Required:
-Prefer previous experience in surgical environment.
