Job Description

Dematic has an immediate need for an Engineering Support, Integrations & Quality Control Developer based in our Bigfork, MT or Atlanta, GA office. The matching candidate will develop and maintain integrations between Sprocket EAM software and corresponding 3rd party applications. These integrations will provide an opportunity to write applications using a wide range of technologies, and performing a variety of business-to-business transactions. Good documentation and verbal skills will be required, as a integrations developer will need to assist with all requirements gathering meetings, presentations, setup, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software integrations between Sprocket EAM software API and corresponding 3rd party applications.

  • Maintain, support and enhance integration technologies and standards

  • Support technical support and consulting teams

  • Provide innovative solutions to software integration challenges

  • Develop QA test coverage for integrations



Computer Science / Computer Engineering (or equivalent) degree is required. Customer Service, Partner/Client Relationship work experience, or experience with facility management is a strong plus.

Knowledge / Qualifications

  • Experience with HTTP requests including REST API client development

  • Experience working with XML or JSON libraries in C#, JavaScript, Java, Python

  • Strong T-SQL understanding including all types of joins, unions, CTE’s, windowing functions, Stored Procedures, query optimization

  • HTTP, CSS and JavaScript development experience

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

  • Strong customer service skills including handling phone-calls, responding to emails, training

  • Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams to get things done

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; day-to-day management and communications is a must;

  • Demonstrated experience successfully presenting and learning from customers

  • Demonstrate outstanding team work skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency

  • Demonstrate success leading customer software implementations;

  • High attention to detail with solid organization, project management, and planning skills;

  • Experience with international business setting;

  • Travel to customer sites, traveling up to 10%;

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
