The Senior Instructional Designer develops educational content for global law enforcement organizations, consumers and government organizations related to health and safety topics. Communicates intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting content and education to global law enforcement and other stakeholder groups through the design and development of instructor-led and online training programs as well as articles, white papers and consumer communications on our educational platform and website as well as industry publications and other media. Monitors and tracks the effectiveness and impact of training programs, outreach and dissemination. Manages content development vendors and other contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop online and classroom materials to disseminate educational content to global law enforcement and intellectual property investigators and other stakeholder groups as identified.
  • Assists in the writing and editing of grant proposals and articles.
  • Works international partner organizations, outside contractors and Marketing to create and manage a web and social media presence as well as marketing materials.
  • Develop tools to assess research and related training needs of the global law enforcement and IP investigators to track the impact of outreach and dissemination initiatives.
  • Manage performance of contractors.
  • Assist with large meeting planning and execution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Travel as needed within the U.S. and abroad.


Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design or related field preferred and 5-8 years of directly related experience.
  • Instructional design skills and experience required.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent quality and superior customer service.Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Articulate Studio, and multimedia editing software such as Camtasia, Audacity, etc.
  • Demonstrated project management and facilitation skills.
