Job Description:

A day in the life:

Accounting Functions: Performs a variety of accounting functions including preparation of financial records, reconciliations, and reporting.


  • Support month-end and year-end close process

  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions

  • Develops ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed

  • Assist in documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status

  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries

  • Handles confidential information appropriately

  • Calculate, Process and Pay Affiliate Commissions

  • Ensure approval of Vendor Invoices in Accordance with the Company Delegation of Authority Policy

  • Complete other tasks as assigned with accuracy and in a timely manner

What you’ll need:


  • A minimum of an associate degree in accounting or business.

  • 3 years’ general accounting experience.

  • Working knowledge of accounting best practices.

  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel, especially with pivot tables.

  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
