A Housekeeping Manager's responsibilities include communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests, inspecting guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness, reporting all unsafe conditions. Report room status' to Front Desk, follow up on guest complaints/requests regarding services, inspect guestrooms for maintenance or repairs. Assist in training, coaching and development of team members, prepare and inspect VIP rooms, and attend all mandatory meetings.

Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
2 years prior housekeeping experience.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity.
High school math level required.
