Responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and service for our commercial plumbing customers, utilizing our technology, technical capability, and exceptional customer service to provide customer-first solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  (include but are not limited to)


  • Performs skilled and semi-skilled plumbing work in the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures

  • Obtains needed supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks.

  • Inspects boilers and plumbing systems in facilities

  • Performs a variety of repair or replacement functions related to plumbing, minor electrical work related to water heaters, wiring of pumps and motors, etc.

  • Repairs and replaces broken water and sewer lines

  • Clears sewer and drain lines, commodes, etc.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repairs boiler systems

  • Directs and assists in the installation of boiler systems

  • Performs maintenance and installation functions associated with all water system equipment

  • Measures, cuts, threads, and assists in the installation of pipes and tubing

  • Repairs and replaces hot water tanks, circulating pumps, etc.

  • Repairs and replaces valves and other plumbing components

  • Transports equipment to job sites as needed

  • Provides assistance to other crews as needed

  • Responds to after hour emergencies as required

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience Required:


  • Valid Driver’s License required

  • Background and drug test required

  • HS Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Formal trade training preferred but not required

  • Experience with preferred (but not required) DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent) plumbing system including PVC, cast iron, copper, CPVC, fusion, SDR, mechanical and all associated fittings and connections; water supply and distribution systems including copper, PVC, CPVC, fusion/thermoplastics, ductile, PEX, galvanized, brass, PB/PE plastic piping and all associated fittings and connections to previous materials; water heaters and boilers including gas and electric; plumbing fixtures including faucets, flush valves, back flow preventers, double check valves and RPZ type valves; sensor type fixtures including flush valves, faucets and hydrants; pumps including sump, sewage, and ejection type pumps; water filtration

Performing this job requires frequent use of hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls.  Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and stand frequently throughout the day. Must be able to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl frequently. The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Individuals may occasionally be exposed to hazardous conditions, high places and /or hazardous equipment. May work with or around chemicals that require knowledge of a safety data sheet.
