Paid Search Specialist to ideate and deliver paid search strategies. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will develop, implement, track, and optimize our paid search campaigns against defined success metrics and measurable ROI. Planning and developing keyword lists, ad messaging, and conducting performance analyses are also functions/components of this position.
Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, developing paid search campaigns from concept to execution. The Paid Search Specialist will work with the larger internal marketing team to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Oversee development of a paid search program strategies and analyses.
Provide a thorough analysis of paid search campaigns via bid management and reporting tools to ensure each is meeting its KPI and ROI objectives.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on paid search campaign performance.
Execute digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
Maintain and monitor campaign budgets inline with monthly goals.
Write and test relevant ad copy, assist with landing page optimization recommendations, build and maintain e-commerce feeds, and work with the creative team on display/retargeting formats.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Provide keyword research and analysis.
Be highly analytical with data and forecasting while exercising the ability to meet monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Maintain positive relationships with search engines, understand search engine services, capabilities, and requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
2-5 years of experience in paid search engine marketing, agency experience preferred (Google Ads and Bing Ads)
Experience with advanced PPC knowledge: product listing ads, dynamic search, shopping campaigns, landing page testing, and optimization
Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business
Google Ads Certification required
Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Solid understanding of E-Commerce, B2C experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
