The Food Service Worker is responsible for performing a variety of food service duties to include cashiering, dish room functions, grill duties, receiving, preparation, set up and serving of all foods for all areas. Work situations are regular and routine, requiring a service-oriented individual, organization, attention to detail and good decision making. Internal contacts are primarily within the department work groups and management. External contacts include patients, nursing, families and visitors.
