The Middle Market Investment Banking team with primary locations in Charlotte, New York, and LA are seeking a seasoned, experienced 2nd or 3rd Year Associate with prior M&A transaction experience to join their team in New York.

They are directly involved in the design, origination, structuring and execution of advisory and capital markets products and services for existing and prospective clients.
