As a lead Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for Architecture in  OSS/BSS solution space. It will involve working with client Sr. Manager/Director and Business unit, doing project management, Solution designing, Process gaps identification, Industry standards alignment and opportunity or new work mining.

Locations for this position is Richardson, TX, Tampa, FL, USA

Qualifications
Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.   Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 12 years of experience with Information Technology as Architect with System having 10+ interfaces or 200+ Function points and project value > 2M USD at min.


• At least 10+ years experience in OSS/BSS Domain and working in Telecom Industry as Solution Architect


• Knowledge of TM Forum, MEF, SID, Processes and Components in Service provisioning, Service assurance, Order provisioning, Operations management


• 5+ years of Hands on experience in delivering solutions in OSS space using J2EE and COTS tool from either of IBM, HP, CA, EMC, BMC, Amdocs, Netcracker etc


• Knowledge of telecom industry, relevant technical architecture, and industry standards: eTOM/TAM, TMF, ETSI, ZOOM


• 10+ years of hands on experience in Solution designing, Technology transformation, OSS transformation, System rationalization and transformation


• 5+ years of hands on experience in Design Team leadership.


• Basic understanding of Cloud concepts, Hyperscalars – AWS, Anthos, NFVI, Microservices, K8s/Docker


• Proven experience in creating working solutions addressing customer requirements in OSS/Service Fulfilment/ Service Assurance

• Hands on experience in any one of COTS products used on OSS space


• TM Forum/TOGAF/MEF certified


• Experience in function point


• Rational Tool kit


• Experience on Network Service Assurance


• Experience in Network Protocols like GPON, Ethernet, VOIP, MPLS etc.


• Experience in Network services like Ethernet, SDWAN, Broadband, VOIP, 3G/4G


• Experience in SDN, NFV, CNCF
