Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Partner

Job Description - Organizational Effectiveness Partner
Trimble is embarking on a digital transformation that will impact nearly every business area and region throughout the company. A newly forming Organizational Effectiveness team, consisting of three Organizational Effectiveness Partners, will play a critical role in managing the employee impacts throughout the digital transformation. The Organizational Effectiveness Partners will report to the Director of Global People Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness and will have responsibilities for facilitating change conversations and leveraging data for strategic talent planning.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
People Change:
Kotter certification preferred or opportunity to become certified will be provided
Coach leaders on development of OKRs; facilitate vertical and horizontal alignment.
Develop design principles, methodologies, and playbooks to support global HR with multiple change projects.
Partner with HR Business Partners to determine client deliverables or advise on appropriate self-service tools.
Prepare leaders for change readiness through change workshops, leader coaching, and team facilitation.
Build self-service change management toolkit for HR Business Partners to leverage.
Organizational Design:
Facilitate org design and role design discussions across decentralized or diverse stakeholder groups.
Conduct analyses on 'spans and layers' to identify and remedy organizational design inefficiencies.
People Insights and Action:
Develop an understanding of employee data and the systems where data lives.
Compile data (narrative and visual) to drive actions that align with the direction of digital transformation.
Report on key people metrics including but not limited to attrition, engagement, representation, etc.
Suggest opportunities for increased efficiency through trend analysis.
Identify data integrity issues, partner with HRBPs and People Analytics team to make improvements.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic understanding of change management is preferred
Strong facilitation skills
Comfortable with data: excel, visualization of data, navigation of domo
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload
Workday experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with keen sense of urgency
Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness
