Responsibilities
Fidelis is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to manage and grow a world-class inside sales team globally . The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding and managing a growing team of Inside Sales Representatives supporting the global sales team . The position requires a strong, hands-on leader who is interested in rolling-up their sleeves and developing both a team and a program.
This position will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure that the inside sales reps are fully utilized in their rotational assignments and are making immediate contributions to the organization, while simultaneously building their skills and increasing their level of responsibility.
This is an ideal role for a candidate that is looking work cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing leadership, Product Marketing and Product Management to meet the program and company goals. The person hired for this role will have a significant exposure to the entire organization including frequent interaction with senior management .
Requirements:
Work side by side with the inside sales rep prospecting new customers
Recruiting, hiring, training and retaining a growing team of rock star inside sales reps
Developing a training program to onboard new hires
Refining and critiquing the inside sales team's Fidelis sales pitch
Managing day-to-day schedules and ensuring that the inside sales reps are fully utilized
Preparing the inside sales reps for quarterly business reviews with the senior sales management team
Providing sales management with timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline and sales activity/program metrics reporting
Motivating individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, development of creative sales incentives, and broadcast of results
Collaborate with the channel and marketing functions on key initiatives including demand generation programs and customer acquisition strategies
Setting KPIs, SLAs to ensure a tightly run team
Set and a chieve weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline building targets

Indirect or direct experience managing with direct reports in a fast paced, highly competitive, ever-changing sales environment
Proven track record for meeting sales quota in a broad, diverse and complex market
Ability to establish and cultivate strong internal and customer focused relationships and work seamlessly within a matrix managed environment
Proven thought leadership and strategy capabilities
Detailed knowledge of systems such as S alesforce.com and Sales Loft
Outstanding ability to forecast, set goals & objectives and monitor sales activity
Fantastic communication and presentation skills
Proven analytical thinking
