Director Sales Incentive Programs

The Director of Sales Incentive Programs will be driving sales incentive compensation plan design, implementation, communication, monitoring and administration of commission based compensation for 2,000 salespeople in a complex, global organization. The role collaborates regularly with cross-functional teams including finance, HR and Sales to analyze sales trends in the market and design a compensation and coverage model. Objectives for this role will include driving operational process improvements in sales compensation management and improving the scalability of our program. The role will have a heavy business facing presence as it relates to compensation, but will also maintain and ensure quality control as a key owner of the sales compensation related data. This role will also lead the rollout of a new compensation administration system.

35 Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design 10 Lead communication with wide variety of internal, corporate and external stakeholders 35 Daily administration of SIP and supplemental incentive programs 10 Provide regular timely and accurate ad hoc analysis and reporting on SIP, monitor sales compensation 10 Facility strategic direction of SIP

• Bachelor's Degree


• Significant leadership experience

• Moderate corporate compensation experience

• Master's Degree

• Desire & ability to interact with senior leadership

• Ability to manage complex job specific projects

• Ability to effectively communicate through the written and spoken word to associates, all levels of management & external vendors & clients

• Ability to bring diverse groups together to gain consensus

• Strong planning and project mgmt skills

• Advanced Excel skills - Macros, Pivot Tables, etc are a plus

• CCP Certification - Certified Compensation Professional

• Experience with Callidus
