Enterprise Digital – Management Consulting Services


Our Enterprise Digital practice is leveraged horizontally across all of the vertical industries we operate in, including (but not limited to) Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Goods, Manufacturing & Hi-tech, Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.  We go to market through a combination of deep industry and domain skills – when we combine our consulting talent with Infosys execution expertise, we deliver significant impact and value. 

Our services include:
* Digital Strategies – includes translating corporate strategy into digital strategy, creation of digital teams, portfolio management, value tracking for digital products and programs
* Digital Marketing Operations – providing ongoing consulting and delivery of marketing services including Campaigns, Content Management, Digital Analytics, and Creative Solutions
* Digital Sales – projects that optimize B2B and B2C Digital commerce including the best usage of eCommerce and CRM platforms to support direct sales, B2B sales, and Call Center sales
* Digital Product innovation – ideation, creation and management of new digital products, new product development and product lifecycle management, agile product management
* Direct to Consumer Interactions – designing new ways for brands to interact with consumers, listen to consumers, collect 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data on these consumers, and use data to personalize and optimize these interactions to provide maximum value


Principal Business Consultant – Digital




Delivery -
* Lead/drive Digital programs
* Anchoring the full project life cycle, including proposal, scoping, SOW creation, and project delivery
* Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements, workflows, budgets, billing, collections;  prepare and coordinate complex written and verbal materials
* Facilitate Design Thinking and Value Design workshops
* Creation of strategy deliverables including Research, Analysis, Business Cases, Roadmaps, and future state business/operating models
* Lead and drive project planning / Sprint planning discussions / negotiations involving multiple stakeholder groups
* Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation
* Manage remotely located teams using best practices of onsite/offsite/offshore model
* Identify issues, risks, and project team conflicts, to develop a timely resolution
* Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders
* Review status, manage schedules, monitor progress, and prepare status reports


Pre-sales -
* To work with pursuit teams to develop proposals and present and orals for various digital programs
* Identify opportunities to open new lines of business in your existing projects and client base


Mentoring -
* Develop and mentor senior consultants, consultants and analysts in the Digital Transformation practice


Thought Leadership -
* Passion for transforming our clients’ businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners


Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.  Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 7 years of relevant work experience with at least three years of experience in comparable consulting services.
* Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
* 10+ years of relevant work experience
* Demonstratrable executive presence with effective written and verbal communications skills
* Experienced listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities
* Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail, but isn’t afraid to roll up  his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done
* Creative problem solver
* Passion for transforming our clients’ businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners
* Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
* Functional knowledge of some or all of the following key digital areas: Digital Marketing, Content Management, Ecommerce, CRM, and/or Campaign Management
* Experience with industry leading solutions in this space (Salesforce, Adobe, Sitecore, Leading Campaign Management tools, hybris, Demandware, or similar solutions)
* Experience leading at least 2  Digital Strategy engagements both Large and complex & Small & Agile with onsite / offsite / offshore model involving remote teams across multiple geographies
* Ability to put together a Business Solution Architecture in this space using combinations of CRM and eCommerce, Content and Campaign Management, etc. to implement strategies and solve business problems
* Understanding of different structured and unstructured data sources and their potential value to digital programs and customer interactions
* Comfortable with multiple project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall) and experience with project management tools (Agile Jira, etc.)
* Understands the technical AND people complexity of projects
* Experience with running strategy sessions, design workshops and conducting requirements sessions
* Experience in creating / publishing whitepapers, blogs, POV documents is a plus
* Knowledge of both B2B & B2C - Opportunity to Sales process (processes, tools, dependencies etc.)

This job may entail an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
