Prudential’s Workplace Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated, energetic, highly conceptual full-time motion graphics video editor to produce, edit and animate video content for B2B and B2C audiences.
The Creative Marketing Animator/Editor is a hybrid role that is responsible for big idea conception, storyboard development and technical execution of both animated and live videos. The goal of these videos and graphics will be to drive brand recognition, support customer retention and lifelong customers.
This person will work with members of strategy and other creatives to determine the full scope of creative, content, production, editing and cost/benefit decisions for video content or campaigns. They will be a strong visual storyteller who can develop creative from concept to delivery according to strategic direction. They will also be able to edit on other design materials, such as print or digital work while providing Art Direction where needed.
The Animator/Editor participates in marketing strategy; ideating shoots and projects for B2B, B2C and B2B2C. They will also be responsible for media management, ingesting assets, and working with outside vendors.
Develop creative solutions with a compelling story through videos and motion graphics that align with strategy and vision.
Animate and edit various styles of motion graphics, including post production and animation for use of video, web, social and digital signage.
Manage all aspects of video from concept to completion.
Work closely with product, marketing, account and strategy team to create message, tone and voice and generate high quality marketing material.
Work with design to make edits and design campaigns for first sale print/digital opportunities and guidance from an Art Director perspective.
3-5 + years at a production studio or digital agency environment preferred. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Motion Graphics experience.
