Job Description:

Email Campaign Specialist is responsible for day-to-day, hands-on execution of email campaigns in support of project objectives. This position will act as a primary subject matter expert in implementation of email campaigns while working collaboratively with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day email campaign activities including, but not limited to, set-up, scheduling, testing, quality assurance and deployment of one-time, recurring static or dynamic content-driven campaigns.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of execution, as required

  • Maintain current understanding of email campaign best practices and make recommendations on coding, design and testing

  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

  • Develop and deliver reporting on data integrity of email addresses and campaign success rates

  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

  • Performs ongoing best practice and industry research to readily identify new alternatives or solutions to existing processes

  • Assist with Telco related projects as needed


  • Hands-on experience in email campaign building is preferred

  • Proficient in HTML and content management systems

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are required.
