This position will drive strategic business growth for the Aftermarket Parts business in the area of New Business Development.

Role & Responsibility

Staff Management

  • Manage and mentor staff in New Business Development, PSD’s (Promotions, Subsidies, and Discounts), and related Dealer Education Programs.
  • Foster talent within group to encourage growth of business and people.

New & Current Business Development

  • Assist in all business development and marketing activities associated with the overall development and marketing of the Company's aftermarket products including:
    • Voice of Customer (VOC)
    • NPD systems and timelines
    • Product support
    • Promotions, Subsidies and Discounts
    • Dealer support and training
    • Developing financial business cases
    • Creating executive presentations
    • Revenue growth

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. MBA a plus.
  • 7-10 years’ experience, including business strategy creation, new business development, VOC, change management, and working with external vendors and consultants.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Strong strategy and execution skills.
  • Staff management experience.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Travel Required: 10% - 25%.
