Job Description:

Primary Role:
Maintenance Program Manager - Scheduler/ Planner role to facilitate the New Global Preventive Maintenance Program for JLL. Act as single point of contact and SME for JLL for this Project, working closely with the client. Ensure global sites implement and adhere to new periodicity requirements. Certify that all prescribed equipment has PM tasks assigned. Educate, train, and motivate the JLL site teams on the new program and oversee its long-term success. Actively participate on cross-functional team for the continuous on-going improvement of methods and processes, including equipment performance, safety standards, and quality.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Solid personal computer skills: Hardware and software including Microsoft Office Products
Requires in depth/subject matter expert level knowledge of critical facilities maintenance, planning & scheduling
Leadership skills (training, presentations, & teambuilding) and project management.
Organizational skills coupled with the leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management and interface with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel in order to effectively support a multi-discipline team environment
Ability or understanding of how to create CMMS ad hoc reports and submit Work Requests for complex data reports. Ability to write advanced queries and dashboards is a plus

Responsibilities:
Using industry and client best practices, plans, schedules, coordinates and assigned all frequency and work type maintenance activities for group or team of responsibility
Optimizes maintenance inventory by balancing work load to labor availability
Complies with all client CMMS standards and specifications to ensure database integrity and standardization
Collects data and collaborates with operations team to optimize maintenance programs.
Maintains maintenance record compliance to CMMS and Maintenance business process standards and specs through periodic data auditing
Maintains liaison with facilities management and other technical supervisors regarding work execution, necessity of altering schedules and manpower status
Continuous improvement of the work planning and scheduling process through the review and use of maintenance metrics, analysis of work order flow, project demands and expectations.
Submits and document database record changes using client CMMS change request system
Provides weekly reports to facility managers, identifies risks and gaps and provides resolution plans.
Provides direction for CMMS SME.
Develop/maintain and update standard operating procedures for CMMS operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s Degree in an engineering or management or 10 years of facility maintenance management experience, preferably within a critical environment setting.
Demonstrable experience and track record in Program Management and planning/ scheduling the work of hourly employees using CMMS systems.
Extensive building systems knowledge
Client service-oriented attitude

Advanced computer skills

Travel
Element of domestic and international travel involved in the role to support global project role out.
