Provides regular cash forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivities for the enterprise. Manages day to day banking relationships and regular communications with external parties related to bond financing, lines of credit, rating agencies, and others. Responsible for reconciling cash activity and establishing repeatable processes related to new and existing facility systems/banking initiatives. Provides accounting management for certain subsidiary companies, including regular monthly analysis of operating results. Responsible for performing highly specialized accounting work required to maintain the organization s general ledger and monthly financial results, along with representing the accounting department at meetings with other hospital departments to provide guidance on projects with impact to ledgers and reconciliations. Leads large, complex projects, performs advanced data analysis from multiple data systems, and supports software applications and related maintenance. Manages and supports audit data request process across several annual audits.

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or related area required.

Experience/Training:
Minimum 7 years of related work experience in the healthcare or related field, management of treasury activities and reporting, review and preparation of financial statements, contracts and/or moderately complex correspondence, preparing reports and/or managing large, complex projects. Experience with non-profit accounting principles and procedures. Working knowledge of the organization s financial accounting systems.
Skills:
Strong understanding of GAAP.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
Skilled in Excel, Word, Power Point. Facility with Microsoft Office products.
Self starter, staying professional under pressure and completing activities in timely manner.
Works independently by prioritizing activities, staying professional under pressure, and completing activities in a time manner.
