Due to significant growth, we are seeking a sales professional for our ISV Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years experience in Saas/Paas software. The ISV Associate PAM is responsible for selling the value of the AppExchange Program and contracting new ISV Partners to build a rich partner ecosystem and provide impactful solutions for our customers. You will work alongside ISV teams including Sales Development, Technical Evangelism, and operational teams to manage a partner throughout the on-boarding lifecycle.
Evangelize the Salesforce platform, the ISV Partner Program and the AppExchange ecosystem
Develop, contract, and manage a large pipeline of new ISVs who are looking to build apps fast with the Salesforce platform and list on the world's largest business app marketplace - AppExchange
Work with Sales Development Reps, technical experts, and support teams to guide partners through the ISV Onboarding Process.
Achieve monthly metrics as outlined by the business
Desire to work in channels, technology partnerships
2 - 4 years experience in SaaS/PaaS
Proven track record for achieving quota in technology sales
Strong technical and solution creation aptitude
Disciplined and demonstrates excellent time management skills
Displays ample business acumen and executive presence
Comfortable in high-pressure environments
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Passion and commitment for partner success
