Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 5 in Lansing, MI. The candidate will supervise skilled trades UAW Hourly employees, and perform all maintenance functions in our manufacturing facility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Manufacturing experience


• Experience managing team members in skilled trades - maintenance and mechanical


• UAW experience is a huge plus


• Problem solving and root cause analysis


• Self-motivated and takes initiative


• Must have flexibility and be willing to work any shift


• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
