Job Description

Warehouse Associate I (ESS) responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

  • Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations

  • Pick, Pack, and Ship goods

  • Receive and store raw materials and finished goods in appropriate warehouse locations

  • Provide raw materials to production area

  • Perform production/assembly work to assemble products for shipment (label and bottle capping, bottle and vial labelling and filling) as necessary

  • Pick products for final shipment to customer based on order packing sheets and set order delivery deadlines

  • Package products for final shipment to customers via over-pack or palletization

  • Prepare necessary product labels and shipping documentation for customer shipments

  • Stage orders for shipment via 3PL shipping companies

  • Support shipping activities including daily documentation and shipping reports

  • Enter shipping information into appropriate inventory / MRP systems as needed

  • Maintain detailed pick/pack/ship/inventory records as directed

  • Perform detailed manual inventory counts

  • Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations at all times

  • Wear protective clothing and equipment as required

  • Work with other warehouse team members to effectively complete assigned tasks


The ideal candidate would possess

  • Ability to use smart phone or computer systems and software as trained

  • Attention to detail in documentation

  • Meticulous work habits, cooperative and pleasant with coworkers

  • Willingness to work overtime, work independently

  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and adherence to break and shift schedules

  • Ability to operate pallet-jack, carts, other material handling equipment

  • Flexibility and positive attitude to get the job done even if the day is not perfect.

  • Adaptable to conditions and willingness help other teams when your job is done

  • Commitment to strong communication with your team.

  • Ability to operate a forklift a plus

  • Ability to work in open warehouse conditions, with open dock doors.
    Temperatures can fluctuate by up to 20 degrees depending on the weather outside.

  • Attention to Safe Operating Practices and a strong Safety Mindset

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and carry between 30- 50#

  • Ability to work on their feet during entire shift

  • Ability to walk up to 5 miles per shift

  • Ability to read, understand and document warehouse activity in English

  • Basic computer/pc skills

  • High School, GED or equivalent diploma

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
