Rate: Up to $37.50/hour
Our Technology client has a need for a Social Media Manager to join their team in a Temp-to-Hire capacity, 40 hours a week, onsite.
Social Media Manager will be working on the small Digital Marketing team responsible for strategy, scheduling, managing calendar, social listening, engagement and reporting for all social media platforms. 60% Organic / 40% Paid
Top Criteria for Social Media Manager:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience where social media was your only or number #1 job at a large enterprise company or you worked with these level of clients at an agency
- Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications or similar)
- Creative thinker with ability to take very technical content and turn it to easily digestible content
- Expert in Social Media Management Tool, Sprinklr preferred, open to Sprout or something similar. Sprinklr training will be provided.
Social Media Platforms
- LinkedIn, Twitter: 12+ times per day on advanced technology solutions, development and launch on demand
- Facebook, Instagram: soft content for employment opportunities and sponsorships
- YouTube: uploading software tutorial and informational videos along with paid initiatives
- Using PowerPoint templates to create stylized imagery for social posts, photo and text, and collaborating with creative services for additional design and copy needs to support overall strategy (driving high level security topics and target audience)
- Social listening and engaging with audience to understand popular topics / trends to help draw the right audience
- Pre, live and post trade show social media posts and engagement (May - December) plus biannual meeting live posts
- Presentations to sales team in order to stress the importance of social selling and why it's needed
- Working with in internal platform to upload external content for employees to use on their social platforms to support social selling (hashtags, tagging, mentions, filters, etc...)
